To ensure authenticity, you must provide proof of interaction with the firm. This includes:

• An order confirmation receipt showing your email address and name (must match your PFJ profile email).

• Details of your challenge purchase, including challenge type and account size.

When submitting a review, you’ll be asked to rate and provide feedback on:

• Customer service

• Challenge account experience

• Trading conditions

• Funded account experience (if applicable)

• Payout speed (if applicable)

• Overall experience

Additionally, you must describe what you liked most and least and indicate if you experienced a payout denial or unjustified breach.

To maintain trust and transparency, only users who have actually interacted with a firm can leave a review. This ensures that reviews reflect real trader experiences.
